I'm Eddie Evans and I have cleaned hundreds of
death and trauma scenes. Homicides, suicides, unattended deaths,
and other biohazardous environments are among my business focus.
My cleaning experience includes military trauma cleanup, crime
scene cleanup, and accidental death cleanup.
My presence requires a business-like attitude. I maintain compasionate and discreet relationship as well. I do my best to help reduce anxiety created by horrific created by a death scene. Ridgecrest residents deserve as much, including government free cleanup companies.
Because I've completed hundreds of death cleanup tasks alone, I've cleaned hundreds of biohazard related jobs in the last nine years. Since I own my own company, , you can trust that I make every effort to do the job right the first time and for the best price.
I have no middle-man to pay; I have no crime scene cleanup practitioners to pay; I have no workman's compensation to pay, and I have none of the other expenses that come with employees. What I know about biohazard, blood, death, and suicide cleanup I've learned by study, practice, and hands-on experience. See some of my qualifications below. Because Eddie owns Biosafe, he has a vested interest in
the name "Biosafe." You can trust that you will receive
the best biohazard cleanup service from Eddie. Only a business owner invests his best when it comes to performing his best for clients in need.
Again, Biosafe has no middle-man,
no one else to share the risks and rewards of professional cleaning. Ridgecrest residents and businesses gain from my small business footprint, overhead.
There are very few companies that can offer up their owner
as their solo biohazard cleaner for Ridgecrest. There are very few crime scene cleanup companies that can send
a professional cleaner with hands-on experience for cleaning hundreds of homicides, suicides, and unattended death scenes.
You will not find a more experienced death cleanup practitioner
than Eddie Evans. Eddie's fees are fair and reasonable. What more can anyone ask for a biohazard cleanup, blood cleanup, death cleanup, or suicide cleanup service?
Professional cleaning for crime scene cleanup, blood cleanup, suicide cleanup, and unattended death with decomposition. Available for information and appointments 24/7/365. Reasonably priced.
A crime scene cleanup company will use trained cleaners with bloodborne pathogen certification. Their cleaners will make decisions and destroy personal property directly related to a criminal act and death scene, if death occurred. They will reduce and remove biohazards from biowaste. Biowaste will be removed from solid waste. (See Crime Scene Cleanup web site for cleaning information if you must clean for yourself.)
Fees: Expect a crime scene cleanup company to accept homeowner's insurance, credit cards, and some companies will accept checks or cash.
Some companies will quote a price for the full cleanup, sight unseen. They should honor their quoted price. Others will insist on seeing the scene before offering a quote.
Some crime scene cleanup companies establish a formal business relationship and insist on a signed contract with property liens and more. There are strong similarities between these crime scene cleanup companies and other services, such as water damage and restoration companies; others are less formal and accept the terms and conditions of a verbal contract. Terms and conditions should be clear and concise before work begins, whatever business model your crime scene cleanup company follows.
Ridgecrest consumers should always ask for an invoice to reflect work completed and fees paid.
A crime scene cleanup company should have business insurance. They should have at least one million dollars in general liability, and two million may be the standard.
Ridgecrest crime scene cleanup companies should include the following services:
- Dissect the majority of biowaste,
- Remove all biowaste related to the criminal act and death scene,
- Remove all solid waste related to the criminal act and death,
- Remove all or the majority of carpet and padding from crime scene room,
- Chemically disinfect non-porous surfaces,
- Chemically fog entire rooms or seal porous surfaces,
- Reduce or remove odors,
- Return to scene if asked to return,
- Foresee damage beyond eyesight,
Should Not:
- Be inquisitive about personal matters,
- Remove personal property not soiled by criminal act or death,
- Remove items from unaffected areas,
- Remove odor permitted property, unless so directed,
- Place solid waste in biohazard bags or boxes,
- Increase prices without valid, unforeseen damages,
- Offer a kickback for insurance manipulation,
- Refuse to accept your calls once off the premises,
- Refuse to return.
Ridgecrest, Calif. — The Kern County Sheriff-Coroner identified the victim of a Monday night shooting as 25-year-old Russell Dean Bair of Trona. The coroner ruled the death was the result of gunshot wounds.
Ridgecrest Police officers arrested 28-year-old Alexander Aguilera of Ridgecrest for allegedly shooting Bair Monday evening at a trailer park in the 1500 block of North Norma Street.
Officers arrested Aguilera in the front lobby of the Ridgecrest Police Department shortly after 8 p.m. when he turned himself in. He is charged with first-degree murder.
Officers responded to the scene shortly after 6 p.m. and found the deceased outside the trailer.
Sgt. Justin Dampier said Aguilera was the owner of the trailer.
The shooting is believed the a result of a domestic dispute between Aguilera, the deceased and a female who once resided at the trailer.
The vehicle, a Toyota pickup, which belonged to the female at the scene was found in the desert area near Highway 395.
According to Kern County Jail records, Aguilera is being held without bail in the Ridgecrest Jail, and his arraignment is scheduled for Sept. 1 in Kern County Superior Ridgecrest Branch.
I cleaned and disinfected a biohiahzardous homicide scene on one of your Ridgecress properties yesterday. Mr. McDougall and "Jim," on-site manager, threw me off the job as I was completing it. They claimed I had no "contract" and that I was uninsured, not bonded, and not licensed. All lies.
Mr. McDougall made clear that I was unqualified and not to be paid my $1800 dollars. He received an invoice and all requested documents yesterday upon completion of my work.
Again, this was a biohazardous blood cleanup for a homicide. A neighbors children were exposed to it until I arrived as planed within four hours. For my efforts I'm not being paid.
In response, if I do not receive payment by this coming Friday, September 2, 2011, I will begin a small claims action.
This is important, beginning this Saturday I will begin information campaign revealing your corporations deception. Grainger pulled a similar stunt on a floor job I did for them. In 8 week the head of their corporate law division settled with me. In short, you stand to lose money if your corporation does not honor my invoice.
I will fax this paperwork to your corporate headquarters if you like. See below for a revealing email, just one of a few from my conversation with Mr. McDougall.
